    Orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post.

    Receive free shipping for purchases of over $250 CAD, excluding taxes.

    We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

    US orders are subject to the receiving import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees, these funds are not paid to The Good Beautician nor are they set by The Good Beautician. Rather, they are paid to and set by the US government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.

    We do not refund for lost packages.

    We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

    For the safety of our community and for sanitary purposes, all sales are FINAL. We take a lot of care to ensure that your supplies arrive sealed and sterilized which is why we cannot accept returns.

    If your items arrive defective or were damaged during shipping, an exchange or replacement may be made with the return of the defective items. To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. We may ask you to send images of the damaged product so that we can address your concerns immediately. 

    You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance is advised as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You have to notify us within 14 days of receiving your items of any discrepancies. We will not be able to process exchange requests after this time. Please contact us at
